You are permitted to use the Website only for legitimate business purposes related to your role as a current or prospective customer, developer, partner, supplier or distributor of METTCARE Technologies Group. You shall not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download or store, or transmit any Website content without METTCARE Technologies Group’s express prior written consent or except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use. No rights are granted to you with respect to any content, including User Content other than the limited, personal, non‑exclusive license to reproduce content as necessary to display the content on a machine that you use to interact with the Website.
b. Limited License: There are no implied licenses under these Terms of Service. METTCARE Technologies Group reserves all rights not expressly granted to you herein. Any use of the Website not expressly permitted by these Terms of Service is a breach of these Terms of Service and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Trustus Technologies Group or users of the Service or expose them to liability. f. To knowingly introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. g. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service. h. To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. i. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service. j. To engage in any form of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the Service, its underlying software, or any proprietary content or data provided on or through the Service. k. 7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trustus Technologies Group and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted by you on the Service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or their formation (in each case, including non‑contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Province of Ontario, Canada without giving effect to any choice or conflict of laws provision or rule (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction). The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions arising under these Terms shall be provincial and federal courts in Ontario, Canada, and the parties agree to service of process in accordance with the rules of such courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least five (5) business days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
